I work from a humanistic approach where I aim to understand my clients from their own intersecting identities and upbringing. I utilize a range of techniques, namely cognitive-behavior therapy, and psychodynamic therapy techniques so that I can blend the past with the present and begin to reframe toward the future. I work with all my clients to help improve self-esteem and begin their own journey of self-healing, growth, and acceptance.

Lindsay Dalman

My approach to counseling is humanistic and client- centered. I believe that building trust and a professional working relationship is crucial in creating positive change. In our sessions I will use an integrative and strengths-based approach to our work together. A combination of mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and other techniques will be used to help you achieve your counseling goals.

Cadi Palmreuter

As a therapist, I provide person-centered and strength-based approaches. I work to encourage and support my clients so they never feel alone. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches to educate clients on how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can influence one another and the effects that these domains can have on our mental health.

Rachel Dziabuda

I take an eclectic and person-centered approach to therapy. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), feminist, and multicultural therapy modalities. Additionally, I utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), one of the most effective methods for treating PTSD. Simply put, we will work together to identify barriers in your life and the best ways we can address them.
