I’m focused on meeting you where you are at and help you realize the strength within yourself because I firmly believe that you are the expert of your own life.
I enjoy working with children, teens/adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life transitions and unexpected changes. My clinical interests include working with individuals with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorders, communication skills, and stress management.
The primary treatment modalities I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
