I have been practicing as a therapist for 2 years. During that time, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have helped families improve communication, generate solutions to problems, implement behavior control techniques, and address behavior problems. With individuals, I’ve provided therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and substance use. I use techniques from Brief Strategic Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
