I am a committed Clinical Mental Health Professional Counseling Intern, currently in my final year at Colorado Christian University, motivated to help every client learn healthy means of managing mental and emotional difficulties. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, results-oriented, and solution-focused care. I do believe that the best way to overcome difficulties and establish confidence is first to seek help. My mission is to be that person where you will feel comfortable to unfold any difficulties you may have in your personal or professional lives. I will work with you in a reliable, patient, and compassionate manner that will not only foster authentic but also empathetic dialogue.
I tend to use several different treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I specialize in life transitions, anger management, family conflict, anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. I find that one of the most significant agents of successful counseling is a strong therapeutic relationship. The foundation of this relationship is established on confidence and security. In the end, I am here to strengthen your mental health and incorporate strategies that you can implement in your daily life.
