My primary treatment modality, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, helps individuals effectively work through symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other psychological stressors to achieve life-changing outcomes. I also have experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in reaching their goals.
